Besides myself , each game people are complaining about the rank system. IS everyone going into B5 no matter how many games they win? I won 7 of 10 and went b5 another went 8/10 b5 I would like to know because I'm finding games where 1 person is getting 20 kills compared to everyone else on both teams. Far to many people that appear to be of a higher skill in B5

You're placed based on your mmr. According to op.gg, your current mmr is low for b5. You ended last season in b3. A new season isn't a complete reset of rank, so I'm not sure what you were expecting from placements.
I think promos are stupid. I don't really understand how placements work, but if you keep winning games your mmr will eventually get you where you belong.
I think it's a lot less stress during provisionals. I could lose them all and end up in the same elo as I would winning them all, so why should I even bother trying. :)
