Morgana from Mid/support to forced Support

Morgana, one of the few champs that has almost nothing much done to her throughout the years. A few minor tweaks but nothing major as with many other champs. She use to be a good mid laner with heavy wave push, but after many years, she has lost the bite of damage vrs champions. Most mid champs now can wave and do more damage to their enemy. Morgana has been forced out of being a midlaner to only a support and her tormented soil is a useless item with heavy mana draw. on top of a slow aa.

either her soil needs to change with her role as a support such as making it reduce armor and magic resistance instead of damage , or she needs an update to place back into mid lane or sup role. a slight increase in damage would be required for soil and a slight increase to her aa speed or damage.
