Ravenous Hunter vs Revitalise for AoE healers
Assuming you're going to be building 
and go Conqueror, does getting an extra 12 (effectively 4%) vamp heal more or does the heal increase from Revitalise give better value?

Mathematically, the 12% spell vamp is more healing than Revitalize would boost the other two runes, but Revitalize might overcome it if you have other sources of healing in your kit. It also takes a few kills for Ravenous Hunter to stack up, while Revitalize works right out the gate.
I would say if your champion has healing that isn't tied to dealing damage, Revitalize would be a better bet. Otherwise, go Ravenous.
