I say we make a champ with FOUR (4) gap closers and make 3 of them do damage and one knockback, and one of them make a huge high hp shield. Let's add an aoe stun and high dmg. Let's also add a power-up AD buff ultimate that has an insane high damage long-range execute. Let's make the character have NO resource cost and have super low cooldowns and basically be able to solo a team with 2 items. Seems totally fair and legit.

You know, when you put things on paper like this, you can make any champion sounds OP, watch.

Alright guys, here is the next most balanced champion idea ever.

We are going to make a character with a point and click CC on a short CD, ranged harass also on a short CD, a way to lower his opponent damage that can hit the entire team on TOP of AoE and spell vamp, OH, and his passive, everytime he uses a spell, the CDs on his abilities get reduced even farther, fair and balanced right?

That all travel less than 350 distance

and make 3 of them do damage and one knockback,

With very low base damage and only acceptable scaling at max rank

and one of them make a huge high hp shield.

If you're on every single AD steroid in the game, yeah, it's high HP.

Let's add an aoe stun and high dmg.

200 = high damage, apparently. Never mind the base cooldown.

Let's also add a power-up AD buff ultimate that has an insane high damage long-range execute.

Yes, let's put her only steroid on a long-cooldown ultimate, and make her killing blow easily avoidable if her opponent doesn't have mental deficiencies.

Let's make the character have NO resource cost and have super low cooldowns and basically be able to solo a team with 2 items. Seems totally fair and legit.

Let's also remove any innate defense or health regen, because of that "high" HP shield that doesn't block shit after less than 2 seconds.
