Rengar can't jump to azir
If azir ults, rengar cant jump through emperor's divide towards azir. thats wrong because normally he can jump over walls onto an enemy. emperors divide mustbe treated like a wall.

Azir's ult is NOT a wall
Azir's wall blocks him away. If you look at the animation, the soldiers smack him out of the air. Azir's shield isn't able to be jumped over but you can flash through it 
azirs ult specifically states that dashes and similar moves dont work on it. the only thing you can do is flash over it, or use abilities like zeds shadow.
You do know that the point of Azir's wall is to stop dashes and other such things, and Rengar's jump is a dash.
