half a month ago i recieved a wrong ban regarding selling of account. It ws looking as if my account was gone. I tried every day asking for a reply and then today, my ban has been lifted.

After further review, there does appear to be a mistake made on our end that flagged this account for suspicious activities. I am incredibly sorry for the mistake, and for the amount of time it took to clear up this issue. As a result, I have removed the suspension from the account, and have awarded this account 975 RP for any frustration we may have caused.

I've always defended Riot's support. It's not as good as Blizzard's but that's a lofty goal in terms of customer support... and not being the best doesn't mean you're not good.

People say they hate riot's service and yet other games NEVER clear up this kind of stuff let alone give you compensation. I've played a few subscription MMO's and they don't even give you your paid time back when they mess up.

They should've given him more RP for such a big screw up.

I mean he's never spent any money before so it's semi justifiable that they didn't give me a lot. But if it was someone who'd spent 60$ or more on this game they should match what he's spent. Cause forcing him to have to reach out to clear his name for their fuck up for something he's bought is a bigger fuck up than $7.50. I would've called my credit card company and told them that I've been robbed by this company and want everything I ever spent back.
