Get rid of it somehow zzz.. I suggest putting it to 20%, or lowering the price of the boots and putting it to 10%(Think you guys wanted to do this before?) I find it annoying though to be at 35% CDR, because I want to have the Atk Spd mastery instead of the 5% CDR.

Steelflame1 votesA better thing would be to have a lot more "small" CDR items with only 5-10%, so that there are better "filling" CDR items, as well as CDR not being 100% based on getting a very specific build path if Y champion. Mages, tanks, and supports could have stronger CDR access items, but marksmen, bruisers, and assassins would have more of a gradual buildup for CDR.

Essilyn1 votesI've read somewhere that when the item was first created, they gave it the hanging 5% to make you think about your CDR choices as there were very little CDR items at the time.
That being said, there are plenty now and I wouldn't mind this being looked into.
