##Banned Champions

Caitlyn - Her damage early on is too high while being too safe on howling abyss. Quinn - Invalidates Melee Champions outside of a few Kindred - Her sustain is too much for being a ranged champion. Malzahar - Not much interaction and once he hits 6 he’ll probably oppress you(literally) Nunu - His sustain off minions, and damage makes him an unfair pick. Heimerdinger - Too oppressive to many champions

This "Tournament" is garbage. lets just ban champions in a 1v1 because they are too good at 1v1ing. so what if they are too good some one else can get a counter. this is a test of skill not a test of whos op. this "Tournament" is like the hello kitty island adventure version of old school 1v1s.

i wouldn't go as far as to call it garbage

but imo, this (and other) 1v1s is ridiculous

let's put aside the fact that this is a team based game, since it is for the purpose of 1v1ing

the objective is to destroy the enemy nexus, not get first blood, 100 cs or first tower so i dont understand how come every champ isn't available with one ban each, i dont undertsand why its over after firstblood? the amount of times ive 1v1d friends, lost first blood but still destroyed their nexus and ended up with more kills/CS and of course, towers destroyed is enough to know that, the game isn't over untill its over i also can only imagine this to turn a 1v1 tournament into a "who can last hit 100 minions quicker" which sounds sounds painfully boring to me whereas without these restrictions people can be more risky, they can lose first blood and still have a chance at winning because they get to go back to shop first anyways, i just see it as anti fun in it's current state and have no interest in it beyond wondering what others in the comments think of it. but i wouldn't go as far as to call it garbage, if there are people enjoying it, and it doesn't hurt anyone, then it is clearly a good thing

as an ARAM main i support anything that's happening on the Howling Abyss

We had a minor 1v1 Fek event some time ago, and every single match ended with a kill

One almost went to 100 cs, because someone picked Caitlyn xd

Heimerdinger - Too oppressive to many champions

Against players who know the matchup, Heimerdinger simply doesn't have a single good matchup.

Almost all of his damage output is either tied to turrets with less durability than a ranged creep (until late, when an ADC can oneshot them) or on skillshots with the dinkiest hitboxes in the game (each rocket is thinner than a nidalee spear, and the grenade has a 210 radius for damage and a 135 radius for a stun)
