I use it on Ekko, it works well but not amazing. (It never gets cited on /EkkoMains so it's not even popular, I guess) I used it for a while on Tresh and Blitz, but it just didn't work out. In one of my games, I encountered an Annie supp with it.

Alistar definitely uses it a lot
and a lot of supports
It's literally the most underrating rune , you can always channel it in the bush and go and make some plays
Personally as a mid lane main I used it a lot to Juke and escape ganks and it works perfectly
it's also good for junglers when they gonna gank from a Bush that isn't warded so they can have a free flash
Generally it's very good to use from bushes
Alistar and some other supports
Champions with point and click engage make use of it, so like alistar and maybe leona?
(Im aware leonas engage is 80% skillshots but her E is remarkably easy to land.)
