Of all the late-game (or fed) ADCs...
Which one is your most hated? Is it Draven, with his two-shot axes? Is it Jinx, with her massive triple-rocket AOE? Is it Vayne, with her tumble-crits from stealth? What about Caitlyn with her trap-headshots?
For me, it's got to be Twitch. All the assassination potential of Rengar, only from much further away, without any indicator that he's nearby, and through you to anybody behind you, followed by a nice 300 damage boop in case spray and pray didn't finish you off. followed by him instantly peacing out in stealth if he got a single kill. It feels so bad to play against, because it feels like there's very little counterplay offered. It wouldn't be so bad, perhaps, if he wasn't able to immediately stealth right after it's all said and done, but by the time you're able to coordinate yourselves and leap to strike him down, his team's collapsing and he's invisible again to reposition. It could be that I just don't have enough experience facing him, but I'm very quickly deciding that I don't want enough experience facing him, at least not as he is now.
