if youre looking up enemy stats at level 15, youre probably a smurf, so its putting you with them because the game thinks youre a smurf/good player

They likely know what your main account is due to the same IP address. They also try to put you against other smurfs
If it's a normal game, diamonds and even some play players have low MMR for normal because they don't play it a lot. People like me, who are only gold see a lot of those diamonds, masters, and plat in their games
Hell, I played a bunch of normal games with a lot of NA LCS players. A few challenger players as well.

OK cool you guy say I am a smurf BUT Riven, Twitch, Vayne and Zed are not smurfs cause they are level 30 so I am not put against other smurfs. They are Plat and Diamond players with Runes and Masteries and I am Level 15
