Otherwise junglers get behind by doing so

Don't give buffs to allies then.

I wouldnt consider giving buffs to others unless they are snowballing or until late game but Ofc junglers can still get gold and not fall behind. Counter jungle! Every time I see the enemy jungler I immidietly run in his jungle and get a camp or two IF I know I wont die ward I prefer to split push the living fcuk out of my game as well. I'm currently in gold. Ppl just love to fight even if behind, ppl rarely care about the macro play. So I always assume my team is a bunch of brain dead monkeys unless some of them prove me wrong during the game. Always check the map as soon as you see an empty lane split push like there is no tomorrow. Around 15min - 18min you should have some free lanes to push. You'll notice by doing this you'll have the most gold,on average I end with ~8 per min farm. A bruiser champ is ideal for this + Titanic Hydra and Deadmans Plate

Nah... the current system is a clear tradeoff. And those are good and healthy.

Why? Because tradeoffs like this reward smart players and punish bad ones.

AKA: If the Lee thinks it's fine to take the 2nd and 3rd Blue while he has a mana dependent Mid and the opponent has the blue he should be punished for that and the opponent should be rewarded for that.

Granting Gold would take away this tradeoff for a majority of the JGLs out there and would punish Mana-hungry JGL even more since they're not only deny the lane advantage from their mid but also deny Teamgold and EXP which is bad!
