Seriously... 8 jungle monsters vs 1 lane minion
For 5 minutes i was able to get 8 health. Is there a single jungler that benefit from this rune?

The rune does not work that way. At all.
Please learn how things work before complaining about them being awful.

It's still worse for junglers bc uknow, there isn't as many monsters as there are minions, but it's not as crazy as you're maing it seem.
