Can we give something to Wukong vs the Jungle?

Why Ekko gets buff in the jungle but Wu doesn't? People might enjoy him play Topkong but I enjoy him play in the jungle. I also think thematically fits him well similar to Nidalee. Wu can pull off good ganks with Decoy especially at level 6
