Why damage is so high

Right now the community is complaining how damage is too high and how every champ that's not a tank is broken.

In reality it's because it just preseason. Everyone builds damage during this time of year like last season and the year before.

Also I think riot did a good job in nerfing the most annoying aspect of facing against Akali which was her twilight shroud.
