juast saw this weird Senna top build and she won her lane against our Renekton hard. Should I be worried?

I mean, if she gets free AD and whatever she needs from stacks, she's no different to tank Veigar. That said, I'd more confused why she built full MR vs Renekton... I mean other than the fact she was obviously so safe that he couldn't do anything but still.
