80 AP is good for our resident demon.
40 AD is not exactly wasted, either.
The active adds quite a bit to his burst.
The 15% vamp applies to ALL damage you deal, including E, Nashors, Rageblade, Wits end, Ludens, Liandrys, or whatever onhit/spell effect items you decide to build.
This shores up a massive weakness of Teemo; his absolutely pitiful sustain.

hOrnn1 votesThoughts, its good but not good enough for the cost i have played hybrid teemo and hes one of the mire bursty champs fullbuild but the build path cost is way to costly tbh teemo needs buffs somewhere, hes near unplayable after the shroom guttings. Imo morellocom is a great rush for the dmg debuff cdr fir shrooms and mana regen but hes still a weak situational pick when he used to be top 3toplaner.

Rain NT1 votesI just tried it in two games, if my team was better I would have won both games. I basically went rageblade - zzrot (cause teemo wtih zzrot is cancer) - gunblade - frozen mallet - sterak's gage or abysall. Its hella strong, can 1v1 about anyone and beast split pusher.
