What's with the gold and platinum players in my game?

Seriously this is getting out of hand. I am still unranked and am 2 levels away from 30, yet I have to constantly face gold, silvers and even platinum players in my game. At times they are on my team and they either troll or they carry hard or if they are on the enemy team they just destroy us. Also, they are just un-bearing toxic. Just because a noob scores the first blood on them, they get their panties in a twist and bm each and every move we make or just go on a full-on tirade.

Seriously, Riot please take a look at your match-fixing, I should not be facing platinum and gold players or having them in my team at all if I am still unranked. This is just ridiculous
