This guy doesn't seem to fall out the meta despite having his kit nerfed multiple times and let's not forget about the nerf to his core item, . He just keeps on coming back...why is that?

I feel like Kalista is more of a Cockroach than Jax. Jax will always have his carry potential since he can make use of many items, but Kalista will always be here as long as she keeps her insane utility combined with mobility.

Just the way his kit is, it has literally everything he needs to substain a teamfight and jump on the damage dealers.

At this point i thought we all got used to him.

His play rate is rather low. What do you mean by fall out of the meta, you want him to have 0.1% pickrate and 20% winrate?

Jax scales well and can't be 1v1 by autoattackers. Plus he is easy to learn and play - no skillshots or hard to pull off combos.

I get this feeling he will be in a worse spot once 6.9 hits unless getting max stacks on rageblade and keeping the stacks is actually something that can be consistently done.

Yeah, Jax will always be around. He's just one of those champions. Luckily he isn't played often cause he is one of the only champions that can beat any other champion 1v1 by the time late game rolls around.
