Mordekaiser is absolutely broken and should have never made it to live...

First of all I want to say that I suck with him. I miss E 75% of the time, I ult the wrong person at the wrong time 50% of the time. I cancel my autoattacks often. My Q has bigger chances of hitting from afar then point blank. Yet I still win the game. It does not matter. Look at my last game I play Mordekaiser support against 2 ranged champions and I was still able to win. The champion is so sick that its crazy. He needs at least another hotfix. And while Riot is at it, rethink point-and-click ranged CC that removes target from fight for 7 seconds.

morde is absolutely weak as shit and should have never been nerfed, he's a noob stomper and since people ban him so often no one has had the chance to actually learn to fight him, his ult is countered by damn near anything, his damage is laughable unless he gets fed, he's countered by 90% of top laners and tbh one of the worst reworks to date

I usually do pretty good with him. I ban Darius and the only laner I've had real trouble with has been big daddy fish stick.

To be fair, your also in iron....a lot of people there don't even understand the concept of what mordekaiser is, in gold a lot of champs can win pretty effortlessly, fiora and riven to name a few examples as they simply just outright outduel him, esp with ability to dodge all his dmg, darius still has W for mobile champs, tbh tahm should actually be an easier lane for morde since he has to eat your dmg

Fair enough, I know I belong atleast in bronze but... Iron teams. He is still smooth and fun as hell to play. I've yet to fight riven or fiora in lane, but it's a good thing to keep in mind, I appreciate the insight.

He wouldn't be so bad if his offensive itemization wasn't so limited to rylais/liandrys/protobelt On a side note, someones clearly not happy with me here as they downvoted every one of my posts, lol

"noob stomper" - 52.5% WR in plat+ AFTER his hotfix nerfs, okay. 3rd highest winrate with the the highest pickrate by 3%, with the highest ban rate top, okay.

I love the double standarts of the boards, Funny tho, i could swear you made a thread on how Karma Karma should be hotfixed for being 52% winrate in top and mid and support, yet she STILL has a lower pickrate top than morde while having lower winrate.

Meanwhile Mordekaiser morde 52% winrate in both mid and top, with higher pickrates, Just admit you're biased and we can move on with our lives without all these morde circlejerking comments.

Mordekaisers stats this patch are still skewed by the prehotfix numbers as well as the early impressions. Given that Riot has already said they have no intention of more nerfs it's safe to assume that his win and ban rates will decrease the better people get at managing him, and his pick rate will probably decline too once people have actually gotten to play him enough to be satisfied and to back to what they usually played.

Majority of players are NOT in pla+ ELO, regardless of your personal opinion (which seeing as you're posting from a fake account i dont know what ELO you're in), saying that plat ELO is filled with noobs just to excuse why morde's numbers are so high for a newly released champ is not really valid.

You're saying people need to learn to play around morde, as if morde players wont also get better with time? or are you implying his kit is so braindead easy people literally reached almost his full potentianl within 1 patch of his release?

People are forgetting his ult is probably one of the weaker parts of his kits, repeating "BUY QSS" is not really helping when: A. most champs cant buy QSS. B. Unlike skarner and mahlz, his ult isnt the only threatning ability in his kit. C. Just like everything else, QSS can be played around, eventually your ult will even be on lower CD than QSS anyway.

His kit offers so much more than his ult, he has no resource mangment, he has a shield or a heal depending on his situation, his basic abilities scale with his AP, his passive stays permenantly as long as he's in combat after just 3 spells, which gives him MS and an AoE % health damage all around him. He has an AoE pull which also gives him up to 25% free magic pen as a passive, and his Q is good for both wave clear AND 1 on 1 due to his isolation damage boost.

This might be true, i have no intentions or desire to gut mordekizer as i think he offers a unique playstyle of an AP juggernaut and in terms of theme and visuals his reworks is great. My main point when replying was the sheer hypocracy of the boards to favor certien champions over others. How can you tell me it's not funny the guy is asking to hotfix karma for having 52% winrate, while literally in the same day saying morderkizer is "weak as shit" while having better numbers than karma?

did you look at mordes win rates? he's at 51.45% top, 51.14% mid and 43.42% jungle and still dropping, karma is at 53% for literally every role she's played in rn, morde has very clear an exploitable weaknesses, karma doesn't, i don't doubt that morde will end up back down to sub 50% wr next patch at all, he's too weak rn due to his incredibly short range and very telegraphed abilites, the only time he really wins lane is when he outstats you with his passive, and that's if you let him, and yes he's a noob stomper, and since he's banned so often people are still not aware of how his kit works, meaning he's still stomping noobs who are just learning to fight him, no double standard, karma is just broke, morde isn't

He's basically AP Darius with a shadow realm. Either your adc was good and, or his lane presence is simply terrifying because there's always that new champ attitude and also... AP darius

dude you are absolutely biased XD you are just gold 3 XD if you think there arent any good players in plat then you are delusional XD. trust me I've played vs so many mordes now who have never used him xept that one game vs me in ranked and I've lost WITH my best champions due to him being untradable. He sure is pokable but untradable you trade you lose simple as that bro. not to mention hes beggining stats are enormous simply huge.

I've played against him, i've traded and won the trades with multiple top laners, the only champ i've actually hard lost with is riven, tbh, i would go so far as to say, teemo's a harder lane then morde is rn....perhaps your boosted by chance?

he's not broken though, people just don't like change and blame for their own lack of skill, yes he's strong early, but so is lee, in fact lee is stronger then morde early game and yet no one's crying about him....mundo is jsut outright stronger then morde all game, no ones complaining about him, darius is stronger then morde after 6, minimal complaints, garen is about the only juggernaut that might actually be weaker then morde, morde is a stat based champ just like every other juggernaut, you just have to outplay him, yes i feel his passive is a little overtuned, but the rest of his kit is too weak, they should shift power from his passive to the rest of his kit, i've played as morde once in 20+ games so its not me spamming him, i can give you ways to beat him, but your probably just gonna deny them, since your arrogant and feel your superior because your in plat while im in gold....our win rates are not much different (your at 55% im at 53%), and to insult my play style?? you realize you have never even played against me...talk to me when your not trolling and i will explain exactly why morde is not broken

He's an AP Juggernaut and it's taking a while for players to adjust to him. Trust me, this guy is not nearly as bad as Illaoi was on release. You think seven seconds of shadow realm is bad? Try an entire fucking minute of dealing with tentacles just because Illaoi touched you ONCE!
