Can We Buff Boots Of Swiftness?
Honestly whats the point of buying these compared to
Mercs you get a better passive, and magic resist.
Swiftness gives you a whole 10 more movement speed. Can we please buff this items speed or passive?

6.11 Bonus movement speed reduced to 55 from 60.
6.4 Movement speed bonus reduced to 60 from 65.
I say buff the slow resistance to 40% or 50%. As most melees, anything less just isn't worth taking over Tabi or Merc's.
I'm having issues discerning who Boots of Swiftness is even for at this point...
I'm actually inclined to agree. I very rarely pick swift over mobi or mercs. It just doesn't fill the anti slow role enough to make it worth looking at.
Even though they're cheaper, lucidity boots cost the same and give 10% cdr which is very valuable
for 900 gold i think they are fine +55 ms and 25% slow resistance
