Could Black Cleaver get it's AS back?

IMO: i think i needs more hp if anything. It already has plenty of stats but the hp and stacking pen is not enough to really give it an edge over ghostblade. Maybe if it had 300 or 350 hp it would be more attractive to tanks or create some aoe armor shred comps

I think that Black Cleaver is a good item right now that doesn't need any real stat adjustments, but the other items in the game simply outclass it largely by being tuned in the wrong places.
