Draven too strong right now?

Just won bot lane against draven and my adc luci was 3/1 while draven 1/3. Draven ended up 1v3ing us with our j4 jgler despite being so behind.

Could be an outplay...

Wouldn't really say Draven is strong NOW, since in my opinion, Draven is doing less damage now. A lot of people used to go Ghostblade on draven because of Tyler1, but that really isn't a thing anymore.

late game draven has massive burst potential but he's extremely weak to kiting/hard cc

Draven has his w and e and he synergizes extremely well with warlords because of him massive auto attack dmg and also synergizes extremely well with qss too.

Draven is on the weak side at the moment.

AFAIK, he is being considered for buffs.

I'm going to need a source on that.

He has a 48.66% win-rate in Platinum+ (leaving him as 15/18 for the ADC role) according to Champion.gg. However, that is for 6.23 since they haven't updated yet.

He has buffs on the PBE.

oh what idk I just looked at op.gg and it says he has 3rd highest winrate. well i guess its cause im in gold too.
