RIOT SUGGESTION: Skin Trading
It's pretty useless when the mystery chest gives me a skin for a champion i already have a skin for

on one hand, it would be cool if chests only gave you a skin for a champ you have one only if you have a skin for every champ you own
on the other hand, some people might want more skins for their main or could own lots of champs they never use.
in any case, not knowing is what "mystery chests" are for, if you want certainty you can buy the skin directly.
Mystery items are cheap because they are a gamble. If you want to only get something you want, then buy that skin directly.
still sometimes bundles come with skins for champs u have a skin for, it'd be nice to trade skins with people you know?
