so like, some people have personal lives where they must leave games often, this whole waiting 20 minutes and hoping my internet doesnt d/c during the wait is getting annoying. The old leaverbuster was waaaay better, i dont mind being banned maybe 1-2 games but 5 games!? can you guys fix this flawed system

I'm sorry for you, but this is working as intended. While you may think that this isn't fair to you, it's not fair to all the people whose games you ruined by leaving. If you're leaving games because of your personal life often enough to get punished by Leaverbuster, not to mention getting the 20 minute wait time, then you should learn how to manage your time better.
Also, if you have to hope that your internet doesn't d/c you, then maybe you should try to find a solution for that as well. Just saying.
