rediculous lag ever since todays update

I never had ping issues until the new update, I know for a fact all my settings are the lowest for the best performance. I'm on a retina macbook from 2012. If my laptop suddenly became out of date with the new update then I'm quitting league.

I also have the same problem after i patched and went in rank i d/c every 1 second...
