first of all, Lux's base skin q doesnt really match up with the hitbox, and with some lag and stuff it makes it seem really unfair when you get hit by it when you perfectly dodged it 
BUT WHEN I SEE STEEL LEGION LUX'S Q, AND ITS LIKE 70% SMALLER THAN THE OTHER SKINS Q'S, COME ON!
please fix it already, its such a big issue when you cant even tell how big the q is...................................
Karfuss2 votesThe issue isn't so much that the visual is smaller, but rather slightly harder to notice than the base skin effects in the thick of things. Santa Gragas and Underworld Twisted Fate's Q abilities are similar in that sense.
Though I believe you've identified your problem already: the lag. On screen it may look like you're completely wide of the projectile, but in actual fact were right on top of it.
