why is pantheon still a champ?
hes been broken since last season and hasnt seen any nerfs to his bullshit passive that blocks turrets/autos
why hasnt he been changed at all lately? being the most dominant top laner for almost two seasons???

you either build enough damage to one shot someone in that case you will prolly die the second you jump in cause you are not tanky or you build tanky and can 50% chuck one person and then you just walk around being useless.
They need to rework this champ with a few key points

Passive, this is legit the most confusing part about his kit...hes made to function like an assassin, yet hes got a passive you would prob see on a juggarnaut/tank, either make him function like a fighter/juggarnaut or give him a new passive

Q no longer targeted, this legit makes no fucking sense as to why this is still a targeted ability, they took it away alot of targeted damage spells over the past few years (give it more damage/range to compensate obviously)

W needs to be more meaningful, a single target stun is okish....but it could be reworked into something alot cooler

E this abiliy should be considered to be hes least meaningful spell, its literally only in his kit to do extra damage, thats it

R this ability is hard enough to hit...but feels like shit even if you land it, I don't even understand why
cause he literally becomes useless at 35min unless he is beyond fed
If your team didn't feed before mid game and Pantheon is constantly trying to dive your back line, he becomes practically a free kill.
only good panth players know how to make this champ function past 20 min. I don't know of a champ that falls off harder than him.

You shouldn't be complaining. Riot nerfed his E and R heavily back in Season 5 because someone in LCS played him how he's supposed to be played and was fortunate enough to win lane. You're not allowed to win lanes.
