Her ult should be thrown out like it is in the league cinematic
but instead its a flash stun one shot machine thats almost unavoidable (especially if she flashes you)
she builds roa which gives her more hp to make it even harder to kill her
why the fuck is she considered balanced?
That'd actually be really cool. Just watching this teddy bear fly out into the battlefield like a fizz ult and then when it hits a champ or the edge of its range it explodes into an angry bear. Certainly would make annie a little more interesting.

Making annie's tibbers a skillshot might make her more bearable to play against. I just hate how she can straight up zone you in lane when she hits level 6.
