@Riot: Bond of stone (tanks) slighlty too strong?

Hello,

Despite being a fan of crushing Sion and Malphite ultimates, I have encountered a few tank champions which turned out to be slighlty too strong, namely Heca, Malph, Sion, and Rammus. I am aware that many ADC are currently being played which probably favors the tanks, but nevertheless you might want to look into it. Thoughts?
