@Riot: Leblanc - 43% WR, clunky, outclassed

Hi,

Ever since the nerf (which was justified) there is almost no reason to play Leblanc. Even when having played more than 125 games on her, people are still achieving a poor 49% winrate. The problem is the new W speed which is really clunky/slow, especially when using strong teamfight / lane all in combos starting with W - (R)W. Using this particular combo used to be her core ability but now it is not reliable anymore.

Suggestions: W speed up (1450?) Ult W speed up (1450-1600)? Lower Q sigil early damage but increase W speed (1500+) Decrease chain range (being able to flash out of it) but increasing w speed (1500+?)

Another quick thing: Ahri used to be compared to leblanc due to her somewhat similar nature(think graves/lucian.) Something very similar happened even though the winrate difference is almost 12% by now.

Quick suggestioms for other champs: Ahri Q speed down Syndra W utility increased Thx for the zed buffs in 5.16, seems to be a good balance.

Rioters& League players, what are your thoughts?

Problem with WR and LB. A bunch of idiots play her because they see people like Siv HD do amazing things with her when they do it purely for fun and lose a quite a bit doing it. So not only are they bad, but they have little potential to actually use it for the purpose it was intended (wasting the enemy's time and causing team to win through annoyance). Also she isn't that bad. She is still strong and they are even buffing her on the PBE in areas that she didn't need more of (hello increased mobility).

She is also a victim of the tank meta surge. And Ahri and LB stopped sharing a similar nature since Ahri's rework and even then she was 10x more bearable.

LeBlanc in her initial rework state could clear waves and assassinate "too easily."

Now she's back to the "I'll just push her in and laugh" status because of multiple nerfs. People aren't afraid of her when shes pushed in.

No DFG, no silence, no fast blink, reduced Q poke damage, all she has left is the buffed mirror image but that doesn't CS or burst.

Seems like with the meta shift, new items, Riot way over did the nerf on LB. They created a niche assassin, buffed it into broken assassin, nerfed it into broken period.

Good. She is unbelievably toxic to play against, and her playerbase is about as bad as the kids you meet in Call of Duty. No one misses her at all, and she shouldn't have a high winrate or playrate until she gets a rework.

W speed increase is already on the pbe. Expect to see it next patch.

Otherwise a champion seeing pro play occasionally probably doesn't need much.

I wish they would take out the Ahri Q speed completely. I mean, I like Ahri and she's a nice and all champion, but it just feels tacked on. Playing as her, I don't feel like it's a necessary part of her kit.

I kind of want to see her E (and possibly her Q, but eh.) reworked.

I feel like her E gives her kit utility where she kind of doesn't need it, and sometimes it's too useful and other times it's useless, there's no in-between.

She is getting a slight ms buff to her W though.
