This champion should not be spamming abilities and healing for 400-600 hp whenever he's close to death.

he needs massive nerfs but since hes new it wont happen, his heal is to much his sheild is to much, he scales to hard, his base stats are to high, his passive scales ad ap and level o.o its just to much
