New idea for game mode: "Ala Carte"

OK I saw this on Reddit (not sure how many of you might've seen it by now) But I wanted to promote this idea here! I've read it over and it sounds like a kinda fun idea. Buy the items but with only their passives/actives and buy stats on the sides. So you could buy as much stats as you want! AP, AD, health, mana, magic+armor pen. Spend money on it and you can have more than any combination of items would give you. Then you buy the items which only gives you their passives/actives. Can make for some pretty interesting fun. 9k health teemo appears with 600 AP RUUUUUN "SATAN CANNOT BE KILLED NOW!!"

But of course there would have to be limits on how much you could buy extra. Still sounds like an interesting idea.
