Think i can do it?

Well this is kind of a pointless post really, but i just want to see how many people are either crazy like me or realistic thinkers. Well I am currenlty lvl 27 and i have an xp boost for a while, i am trying as hard as possible to get to lvl 30 so i can play ranked. I am trying to make it to gold by season end, I want them rewards and that banner so i can laugh at my friends who are silver and bronze. I am mostly mastering master yi and trundle right now. But i have a lot of experience with tanks and mid assassins like yasuo or kat. Well i am just trying to see people's opinion on this and see if anybody could give me any tips for the current ranked meta and how to actually play ranked. YES I HAVE LOOKED AT GUIDES AND VIDEOS. But i need the community as well
