Let's talk about Ezreal

He started off OP, felt pretty good after the first couple nerfs, now he's just meh. The biggest problem now is that if he falls behind he's completely useless. He doesn't scale that great into late game if the other team has tanks and his items are really expensive compared to other ADC's (I think, might not be correct). So, he's more of a champ I'd play in flex than I would in solo/duo.

His w needs also hit minions, and maybe Ezreal mid can be viable.
