I would absolutely love and adore seeing how magnificent I would look being on the front page of the client with my fancy new theme song that I can make my ring tone when it comes out. You did it for Poppy and Sion so am I guaranteed my own time in the spotlight to shine bright like a diamond?

I am almost certain he will get a log in screen. It appears to be a new trend now once they rework a champion. I did read not too long ago a quick response Riot made on Taric's rework. They were saying that based on community input they experimented with giving Taric a charm ability but ultimately decided against letting him have a charm in his kit. But it would be nice to see him have more mobility or have his heal grant a utility modifier like improved resistances or an attack speed buff. But Taric's unveiling is still a ways away. It probably won't happen until March at the earliest.
That would be truly outrageous.
