Why Can't I Refund?
tbh idk is this counts as game play to others, but to me skins are game play so...anyways, like most ppl they get the 500rp from RIOT. And i spent it and now i want to refund my purchase. I know you can refund rp that you use on yourself because i did it before. Now I have 1 more refund left and i want to get the rp back so i can get a skin, but it only shows that i am able to refund everything from 3 months ago! Can someone help me? Is it something to do with Season purchases? I just want my rp back, so if anyone knows if i have to talk to someone or what to do that, that would be helpful thx
