I find it funny how people try to talk down to you if they have a higher rank. Or they go around and brag about that they Gold or Platinum! TBH no one really cares about what rank you are. Only Bronzes and Silvers, (some gold) players.

RIOT isn't going to call you and say "Hey, Thank You for being good at our game!"

All that matters is the game you are in at that moment. I mean you can be a Bronze and your vs a Platinum and be better than the Platinum player. League of "Lasagna" (Legends) is a team game, that's why you don't see everyone in the top of Challenger elo in the "Pro League" because they don't fit a team...(or they stream)

I haven't really seen people brag about rankings after DQ was introduced.

while ranks dont matter. a bronze player is never better than a platinum player. big misconception that when a lower ranked player out lanes an opponent he is better than them. no. you out laned them that specific time. yo might even be a better laner. but there is a lot more to league of legends than out laning someone.
