How to carry these games.
When your damage carries do less than half their lane opponents damage, is there any way to win this game? It is literally playing 4v5 since your 2 carries only do as much as 1 of their carries.

depends on your position but basically split push, if you can push down objectives at a resonable pace you will either depending on ELO/enemies:

pull 1-3 to stop you, creating an advantagious fight in the mid/bot portions of the map or free-up your team to drake, split bot, etc again depending on ELO your team will see what your doing and proceed to a 1-3-1 formation.

simply pull people towards you, you can run around escape and push another lane, people cant deal with split pushing properly in most ELO's

free you or your team up to farm the enemy jungle, get vision.
you see a team fight and you cannot get there in time and your not sure if you could make a difference anyway? forgot them, dont listen to pings or moans and push a lane so far that they NEED to deal with it, then push out the next.
basically work on keeping map preassure, you dont need to kill
