Let's talk about this Vayne issue.

There is none. She has not had ANY major changes since 1.x patch and now all of a sudden everyone thinks she is OP. She is not OP, other adc's are undertuned. Lucian and caitlyn need buffs, vayne DOES NOT need a nerf. Vayne is a duelist. You duel her 1v1 you're gonna die, don't cry that she's OP. Her range makes her VERY easy to vaynespot in teamfights. If your team isn't smart enough to focus the vayne over anyone else, then you deserve to get a truedmg silver bolt up your rear.

Yes she does.

The problem is her %max hp true damage, which stacks with the magic %max hp damage from BotRK. which in itself would be fine, but both these things are here on an ADC; who already has high lategame damage. If it is impossible to itemize against a champion, not even with stacking hp, then there is a problem.

botrk doesn't do max hp% damage as magic. It does current hp% damage as physical. Like...both parts of that were wrong! :P

Wrong. She's a duelist,she isn't suppost to win duels when she's under levelled,under farmed and lost lane. She has no weak points in the game. Her true damage is broken. She's literally braindead champ who doesn't require any skill beside the basics of the game and dodging skillshot a. Every adc' range make them easy to spot since there are not 1000+ range in LoL. You last sentence made you sound pathetic.

she is supposed to have at maximum 48% win rate due to her skill.

also, this is in normal we are talking about ranked where she has 51% win rate 3rd best ADC win rate

Look at the pick rate. Either braindead adc or broken adc. In this case it's both

She's a horrible design. An ADC shouldn't be allowed so much self peel and be allowed to chase you.

She has received buffs 5 patches ago, and the Ruined King buff is really strong on her. A 52% win rate and a 35% pick rate is disgusting.

There has always been circle jerking for Vayne, but its only become even more prominent the past month or so for four reasons:

One, most of ADC which are used have been nerfed to an extent, indirect buff to her as it allows for her to be stronger.

She thrives well in metas where champions have a lot of hp, taking into consideration the juggernauts update and the cinderhulk, she does well against them.

Buff to BORK - Buff to Vayne

Nerfs to her item counters - Buff for Vayne.

While yes, Vayne has seen no changes in awhile, she's coming off stronger now because everything that was strong against her was nerf, and a core item for her was made stronger as well.

Either changes need to be made to BORK, or Vayne needs some number tuning, her numbers were fine 6 months ago, they're not ok now because of the way the game has changed around her.

mf lucian corki twitch need a buff, this will put balance back into the adc meta. as it stands, those adc's are very weak compared to jinx trist vayne kalista and mord (lol). jinx, trist, vayne are all equally powerful.

As has been pointed out, it isn't Vayne herself but rather:

BoRK buffed, buff to Vayne.
Omen punishes heavy crit builders, buff to Vayne.
Frozen Heart's IAS nerf aura down, buff to Vayne.
Thirster remade, IE nerfed, buff to Vayne.
Lucian and Cait nerf (both direct and indirect), buff to Vayne.
Several targeted CCs removed from the game, buff to Vayne.
Nearly all invis reveal effects removed from various kits (like Corki), buff to Vayne.

The only real strong Vayne counter left in the game right now is Varus, but no one plays him.

Give Cait, MF, Graves, and Lucian some buffs, improve Thirster and IE, put invisibility reveal back onto Koggy's R and Corki's Q. That should expand the range counters available to hold Vayne down.

It was fun taking her mid. I don't think she's strong bot lane, she's just strong in skirmishes near terrain, which happens to be a lot of places.

It's safer to fight her in an open lane or river, but as you said, she's a duelist so she was made to have great single target damage.

Gonna add this too: assassins all got hit, so there was a lot less 100-0 ing Vayne before any of her BS. While not a healthy reason its a reason nonetheless
