Dr. Mundo W also reduce Grievous Wounds duration?

With the availability of heal reducing items, it'd be cool if Mundo's W reduced the duration of healing reduction. Running into a battle and having an 8 second healing reduction applied isn't fun, and seems overly punishing for the guy that relies so much on his healing. Paying a bunch of his life on his ultimate also feels really bad when you're putting yourself into Morellonomicon range. It's just frustrating to have to consider using my ultimate at high health and cost.
