Jungle Exp (Kha'Zix) Specifically

So as somebody that plays Kha a lot, I've noticed a huge plateau of experience I run into at level 14. I understand that this is a time in which there is a lot of objective control going on, and especially if you're behind as a team and are stuck in your base. I haven't noticed this in other, non-Kha scenarios, but it is there for sure when I play Kha. This obviously might be a perfectly normal thing, but when I'm waiting for that huge power spike at level 16 I have a lot of trouble getting past 14, let alone 15. Might be unfixable even if it is a problem. Just wanted input.
