Just put a decay on Cait's headshot damage beyond her regular attack range

She is a fucking snipress, who really are meant to delete a single target in one shot. But that was Jhin's theme, as his ult pre release was a single long range KO skill shot. Cait is the auto attack based sniper and Jhin is the caster based.
