I think you're looking for Ranked, which is just above the Normal mode selection.

I want to play normals with my brother. I dont want my plat brother to rolfstomp level 18s in lane because thats all thats been happening.

Why for answering a question lol, also norms is also based on MMR so therefore you have the mmr of a level 19, sorry to break it to you but you deserve it if you are that toxic

Don't pay any attention to him. I was an Arbiter, but lost the title because I badmouthed Riot's boards moderation. Some people will make any insult they can if they think it'll make them relevant, though it does the opposite :3

Because i feel bad fighting people who arent even level 30... This games match making is making me feel like riot doesnt care about newbies. Im not being toxic im being mad that new players are suffering

U want them not to put newcomers in your games i'm unranked and they put me with gold in my first ranked game ever i've been playing for a few months BTW
