What if instead of W giving movement speed buff what if it cleaved targets armor similar 2 ..

If riot wants lucian to stay as a low range mobile dps at least help him out by giving his w some type of team utility that just about every other ADC has

His w is good. You w then ult. It helps him kite so well, adding the armor would be decent and help him out I guess, but it is fine where it is.
