Its so insanse how much dmg this guy does and he gets away with free stats with stupid items like these

that make is so you cant target him while being super tanky and god forbid if he builds a 
and just shits on your towers while you cant to anything.
You can make anything sound op the point is that graves suffers from less DPS than other ADC while forcing him to be in meele range to do the brunt of his damage and yeah he is a ADC so he is going to scale well into the late game like the rest of them 4 item

Seenan1 votesI think an issue is those items damage reduction being a nasty combo with his dash-defensive steroid. I dunno why on earth he gets 120 armor/mr late game, but it's never been a good idea.
