Riot balance team have had no clue what balance is for a few years now.

They seem to think its Ok for some champs to hit you with 1-2 spells and chunk 75% of your HPS at lvl 1

Liandries, Rylais, Rod of ages, mercs or ninja tabi, iceborn gauntlet, and magic resist or armor last item. The ap ration increase allowed for him to semi tank items and rest tank and still do a fuckton of dmg.

Just got out a match versus a galio, what the FUCK riot?? Makes no sense.... I thought this was what the pbe and testing teams were for, I get small op or under poweredness but this was just blown completely out of the water
