I was looking at some tough tanks I fought recently and realized that the reason they were so tough was because they regenerated faster than a single champion could hurt them. I would like to do this with Garen but I don't know what items I should use for it. That's what I want help with, finding the best health and healing items out there. I'm already using guardian angel since I die ALOT.

If you want to be unkillable, start item 3068 or item 3065 and boots ( item 3111 or item 3009 .) Then get item 3071 or something for offense. Then get item 3083 , (if you didn't get it before,) or item 3156 , and finally item 3742 .

As of now my item shopping list is as follows,

War mongs armor, (for some quick hp and regen)
Spirit visage, (for a little more hp and regen as well as some magic res)
Guardian angel, (cause it's awesome and very useful if you get in over you head a lot)
Titanic hydra, (for some fire power and multi target damage)
Frozen mallet, (for some extra damage and the slowing effect)
Thorn mail, (because it works pretty well against super minions and in frays) This has been workin for me so far and is pretty sick. But I'm still open to suggestions.
