1.This was definetly the case,though it was a political marriage,there were some hints that the 2 might love each other for real.However since then we got the big lore retcon and now we don't know if they are still married or not.
3.Well we can't be sure,after all it would be easy for her to kill her victims before the sex.
5.Summoners aren't canon anymore,they were retconned.However in the old lore it was said that they basically give the champs the desire to do a certain a thing(like walk to that point),but that the champ was still able to do this in their own way.So the control in the old lore was likely less direct than it is in the game
