Mogarl1 votesTryndamere had conquered many of the separate barbarian tribes after his was killed. Then when Noxus started conquering the Freljord Ashe and Tryndamere married so that Avarosa had a large enough population that the Institute of war recognized it as it's own country and stopped Noxus from invading it's lands.
The Institute of War is no longer canon (or at least not a world governing power) so I'm not sure how it will play out, but I think it's a fair likely-hood that there will still be a political marriage to strengthen their people.

#3 I do not believe that it is cannon that Ahri **** her victims to death anymore. In the story that was released before the Ahri statue was pulled to be reworked. Ahri is shown to be able to suck the life force out of someone without that kind of contact. While Ahri may still use charm to disable someone it is unlikely that she does anything besides suck their life out.

#5 The institute of war was retconned out of narrative. It would seem that players are still called summoners though. So in game yes, narratively no.

GreenLore1 votes1.This was definetly the case,though it was a political marriage,there were some hints that the 2 might love each other for real.However since then we got the big lore retcon and now we don't know if they are still married or not.
3.Well we can't be sure,after all it would be easy for her to kill her victims before the sex.
5.Summoners aren't canon anymore,they were retconned.However in the old lore it was said that they basically give the champs the desire to do a certain a thing(like walk to that point),but that the champ was still able to do this in their own way.So the control in the old lore was likely less direct than it is in the game
