Why are some of the champions on the official page having weird video things?

Ok so I was on the official champion page and there was some weird animation on some of the characters. When I went into their page they each had a weird scene/video thing, almost like a slow motion death scene.

WHAT IS THIS!? ARE THESE JHINS TARGET!? IF NOT, WHAT ARE THEY!?

Champions with these are the following. Garen. Sona. Vi. Zed.

Please help me figure this out.
